14/69 Auto Body Inc. was founded in 1988 and has since become one of the largest repair facilities in Fort Wayne. With our 21,000 square foot facility and I-CAR and ASE Certified shop technicians, we have the capability to repair all makes and models of vehicles. In addition, we have specialists in import car, truck, and watercraft repair. Because we know how devastating and confusing a car accident can be, we also have a dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives and Repair Process Managers to handle every aspect of your repair and answer any questions you may have.

Estimate Process

At 14/69 Auto Body Inc. we believe that the estimate is one of the most important parts of the repair process so we do our estimates differently than most other body shops. We schedule appointments for estimates throughout the entire day. We do accept walk-in customers when time is available but by scheduling an appointment, we can give you excellent customer service. We can provide you with a more complete and precise estimate which may include an inspection for hidden damage. In turn we can provide you with a more accurate delivery date. When you schedule an appointment, you can expect one on one attention and all your questions will be answered without being rushed. You can also expect a quicker repair time because when all questions are handle up front, the delays are kept to a minimum once the car is in the shop.

Body Repair

At 14/69 Auto Body Inc. we use only the best technicians and the highest quality body repair materials. We have 5 frame and metal technicians with over 60 years combined experience. Our shop contains 2 frame repair racks controlled by air and hydraulics with a laser measuring system and an in-house computerized alignment and tire mounting equipment.

Refinish

14/69 Auto Body Inc.’s refinish department consists of four excellent technicians with over 50 years of combined experience. 14/69 Auto Body Inc. utilizes state of the art equipment including four paint booths; computerized color mixing center; fresh-air breathing system; spray guns; and top of the line Standox paint products. We have the capability to refinish entire vehicles, do a partial refinish to a repaired area, or do touch up and paint restoration.

Detail

After repairs are done, every car receives a basic clean-up by our experienced detail technicians. Only top of the line products and materials are used in every clean-up.
